| Para Los Ninos operates under a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of talented and skilled individuals who plan and overseas the organization's activities. A Volunteer Coordinator also assists in the placement of volunteers in the homes we serve, and works with Bolivian and international organizations to recruit volunteers. Volunteers are then placed in assignments in one of the many homes (hogares) where their help is most needed and where they will benefit fully from their experience.
